Your listing

Every firm we list gets a page in each town it covers: what we checked, the methods it offers, any prices it publishes, and a link to its website. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. If your firm treats bed bugs and is not listed, email hello@bedbugtreatmentdirectory.co.uk with your website and the towns you cover.

Claim it

Claiming is free and takes a few minutes. Email claims@bedbugtreatmentdirectory.co.uk from an address on your firm's own domain with the link to your listing. We send a one-time link through which you can correct the description, areas, methods and prices, and add photos of your own work. A claimed listing carries the Claimed mark and a followed link to your site. How claiming works.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is how the directory is paid for, and it is open to firms that are listed and claimed. It can mean a more prominent position on the town and heat treatment pages you cover, a sponsor line on one of the guides, or something arranged around your firm. Anything sponsored is marked as sponsored, and sponsorship never changes what the checks say about a firm. Reviews

The directory does not publish reviews at the moment. When it does, they will be collected from customers after a job, not written or submitted by firms, and the method will be set out on How we check firms first.

What we will not do

• Collect or sell visitors' details. Visitors contact you on your own site.
• Change what the checks say for money.
• Publish reviews we did not collect, or let a firm write its own.
• Keep a listing a firm wants removed. Removal takes a week.
